Come and See us! Brass band De Mexicanos (called after the fiery snack) is probably the most fun brass band in Voorhout and beyond. For more than twenty years the band comprised of 13 musicians can be found where it's fun, or the fun is about to start.

De Mexicanos are the offical palace band for the Carnaval club De Bokken in Bokkendorp (Voorhout). The band also performs outside of the Carnival season for local events, private parties and even occasionally a funeral. Theses Voorhouters have also played at events outside the area including the Roparun in Rotterdan and the Nijmeegse Vierdaags walk.

The Mexicanos play mainly well-known pop music and continually update their play set. Of course the public is always welcome to sing along (and the members have been known to do this as well).
