Our repertoire consists of both Dutch and English traditional songs, some sing-along favourites, a selection of country numbers and a bit of jazz.
During the construction days thousands of visitors from home and abroad visit the Klinkenberg Hall in Sassenheim to watch the preparation of the floats and see the staking of the flowers. It is buzzing with activity and with the sound of voices from German to French, English and many others.
During the construction days there is a public stage where local bands exhibit their talents and give a musical push to the volunteers who are hard at work. These are the acts you can expect to see this year.

At the end of a day working hard on the floats a turn on the dance floor is a sure winner. At 15 years of age, a new talent to watch out for and to book.
Under the direction of Maurits Draijer, Elan sings a varied repertoire. In addition to regular concerts, the choir is working on a jubilee concert.
We are the brass ensemble Hillegomse Hangkousen, formed on 1st February 2018 and a part of the Hillegomse Brass Band.

We play guitar and mouth harmonica and sing well-known numbers from artists including Adele, Stef Bos, Boudewijn de Groot, The Beatles, Coldplay, de poema’s and many others.
