Founded in 1987 under the name De Billentoeters, but later renamed Ex BTW (ex Billen Toeters Warmond), the band has been around for nearly 40 years and currently has 12 members. They perform in a lineup consisting of 4 percussionists, 4 trumpets, 2 trombones, 1 baritone, and 1 sousaphone.A special feature is that one of the percussionists plays a washboard, which sets them apart from other party bands. Their repertoire nowadays focuses more on evergreens, but sing-alongs, sway-alongs, and party anthems are definitely not avoided when it comes to boosting the festive atmosphere
