The winners have been announced! The photography competition was launched in April as part of the substitute heartwarming events for the annual parade.

This year the parade has been cancelled so instead of bringing the people to the parade, we are bringing the parade to the people.

While we would have liked to report otherwise, in 2021 Bloemencorso Bollenstreek will also be unable to parade through the streets of the Bulb district from Noordwijk to Haarlem. This week the executive committee of the Bloemencorso Foundation has had no other choice but to take this sad decision

Bloemencorso Bollenstreek relies on hyacinths. These highly fragrant bulb flowers were always traditionally grown in the bulb district. The bulbs are planted in October and in the spring harvested to decorate the floats.
