After ordering tickets via our webshop, we do our utmost best to prepare you as clearly as possible for your day out at the flower parade. Read your emails carefully in advance and keep an eye on your mailbox as we may send important updates.

Refunds:

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Prior to 1st January you pay a 20% cancellation fee and will therefore receive 80% of your payment refunded.
• From 1st January to 1st April you pay a 30% cancellation fee and will therefore receive 70% of your payment refunded.
• From 1st April up until one week prior to the flower parade you pay a 50% cancellation fee and you will therefore receive 50% of your payment refunded.
• Cancellation is no longer possible from one week prior to the parade.
