When you order tickets via our webshop, we do our utmost to prepare you as clearly as possible for your arrival at the flower parade. Therefore, read your emails carefully in advance and keep an eye on your email, as we may send updates that are important.

Refunds:

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Prior to 1st January you pay a 20% cancellation fee and will therefore receive 80% of your payment returned.
• From 1st January to 1st April you pay a 30% cancellation fee and will therefore receive 70% of your payment returned.
• From 1st April to one week prior to the flower parade you pay a 50% cancellation fee and you will therefore receive 50% of your payment returned.
• Cancellation is no longer possible from one week prior to the parade.
