Om zo’n groots evenement als het Bloemencorso te realiseren zijn er 1500 vrijwilligers in touw. De honderdduizenden bloemen worden door de kwekers belangeloos geschonken.

Naast alle vrijwillige inzet zijn er natuurlijk ook kosten om het corso te laten rijden. Het grootste deel daarvan wordt gedekt door de corsodeelnemers die een praalwagen financieel adopteren. Net als door de deelnemers die in het corso meerijden met een luxe- of bijzondere wagen. Daarnaast is er enige ondersteuning uit fondsen en giften. Om tekorten, bijzondere wensen, onvoorziene kosten en noodzakelijke extra’s op te vangen springen de Vrienden en Business Partners in de bres. Samen houden we het corso rijdend, nu en in de toekomst.

We distinguish between Friends (Private individuals) and Business Partners.

We are proud of our Friends and Business Partners and this is a friendship we would like to strengthen, not only in the week of the parade, but also at other times during the year. How do we plan to do this? By organising events and activities for you as Friend or Business Partner so that you can make new contacts and renew existing ones, thus creating an interesting platform for all parties concerned.

Compare it with a business club of a sports club. Together we strive for a sustainable and innovative Bloemencorso Bollenstreek, now and in the future.

This year's parade could unfortunately again not take place but even during the pandemic, behind the scenes activity has not stopped. Preparations for the 75th edition in 2022 are in full swing. A special anniversary celebrated in a special manner.
